To exercise the rights provided by art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003, the subscriber shall write to ATE SRL Via Arti e Via La Valle 76 22066 Mariano Comense (Co)- Italia.

Access right to personal information and other  rights.

1. The subscriber has the right to know if  there is any existing personal information about him, even if they haven’t been registered yet, and to obtain the communication of such information in a comprehensible  way.
2. The subscriber has the right to know:
a) the origin of the personal information
b) the purpose and the terms of use;
c) the logic used in case of electronic use of the personal information.
d) the identifying information about the owner, the managers and the appointed representative provided by art 5 sub.2;
e) the subjects or subject categories  to which the personal  information may be communicated or  can know the said information acting as representative in charge for  the State territory, managers or person in charge. 
3. The subscriber has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the correction or, if  the subscriber has interest to, the integration of  the personal information;
b) the cancellation, transformation in  anonymous way or the freeze of the information in case of law violation, enclosing the information for which  the filing is unnecessary, according to the aims of  collection or use of the personal information.
c) The declaration that what stated at points a) and b) and their content, has been brought to knowledge to whom the personal information have been communicated or released, except in case that this fulfilment wouldn’t be possible or in case the fulfilment requires clearly disproportionate means, if compared with the protected right.
4. The subscriber has the right to oppose in full or partially :
a) for lawful reasons related to the use of his personal information, even if they are concerned to the  collection purpose;
b) to the use of his personal information for the sending of advertising or direct  sale material, or for marketing research or commercial communication purposes.
